Our Story<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaloob was born from a convergence of shared passions\u2014a desire to serve the poor and marginalized with greater purpose, expertise, and integrity. It began informally in 2023, when a small group of like-minded individuals joined its principal pioneer, Prof. Xavier Alpasa to support organizations he had already been engaged with, offering strategic guidance in areas such as business planning, research, and program development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What started as a few friends lending a hand has since evolved into a dynamic network of inter disciplinary professionals partnering with a broad range of organizations\u2014including legal aid groups, hospitals, religious congregations envisioning social enterprises, and educational institutions.. Kaloob\u2019s heart remains the same: to uplift those on the margins through strategic, sustainable, and values-based partnerships.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who We Are<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are professionals who bring years of experience from diverse fields\u2014business, development work, ministry, and the nonprofit sector. Our areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial systems and accountability, leadership and board development, project management, and social entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We leverage this collective knowledge to help nonprofits, religious organizations, and CSR programs deepen their impact and expand their reach. Collaboration is at the core of what we do. We believe that sustainable change happens when purpose meets professionalism.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
